President

Christine launched Pixton Public Relations to give voice to creative ideas and ground-breaking research.

Through years of working with innovative companies, top-notch scholars, and inspiring thought-leaders as well as on educational and issue campaigns, Christine developed a passion for garnering media coverage for interesting news, information, and events.

She has years of experience building and executing public relations programs for multi-national corporations, non-profit organizations, charitable foundations, trade associations, academic centers, and individual scholars.

Her specific expertise is media outreach strategy and placement for public policy issues, new research, educational and public awareness campaigns, charity initiatives, and product launches. Christine consistently secures coverage for clients in leading U.S. broadcast, print, and online news outlets.

Christine teaches in-person and online classes covering best practices in media interviewing, writing and placing op-eds, building your brand, and breaking into media.

Prior to starting PPR, Christine developed and executed communications initiatives at the Charles Koch Institute (CKI). She honed her public relations skills working at Brand Resources Group, Inc. and Smith & Harroff, Inc. (S&H), boutique public relations agencies in the Washington, DC area.

Christine is a graduate of Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME.
